Job summary

Credit Acceptance is seeking a bilingual Title Specialist to support dealers, sales and customers by resolving title issues primarily by phone and email. This remote role requires high school diploma, Spanish fluency, and strong Microsoft Office skills; training occurs virtually with EST business hours.

You will identify missing or incorrect titles, document actions, and ensure lien requests align with policy while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and associates degree preferred.
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
• Experience as a subject matter expert in a specialized area.
• Experience as a primary point of contact for customers to resolve issues.
• Experience solving complex process issues from provided information.
• Experience delivering timely and accurate customer service responses.
• High-speed internet with at least 15 Mbps download.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-facing, primary contact support for dealers, sales and customers to resolve title issues via phone and email.
• Accurately complete business requests and enforce lien on vehicles per service standards.
• Monitor for legal/risk concerns and elevate as needed.
• Communicate professionally with internal/external customers, dealers, auctions and DMV to obtain documents.
• Ensure actions and title/lien documents are accurately documented and tracked.
