Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
• Experience as SME in a specialized area.
• Experience as primary point of contact for customers.
• Ability to resolve issues and make logical decisions with provided information.
• Provide excellent customer service with timely responses.

Responsibilities

• Resolve title tasks within service standards for each request type.
• Identify missing titles or errors and resolve them.
• Provide title expertise to internal customers.
• Handle inbound/outbound calls to address title issues.
• Adhere to policies, processes and legal guidelines.
