Job summary

Credit Acceptance is hiring a Bilingual Title Specialist to work remotely. You will resolve title and lien requests, communicate with dealers, DMVs and customers, and document all actions while ensuring compliance and quality service.

The role requires Spanish fluency, a high school diploma and prior customer service experience. Training will be virtual, with shifts Mon-Fri 7:30 AM–5:00 PM EST, and flexible scheduling to cover 7:00 AM–7:00 PM EST.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish.
• High school diploma.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience resolving complex issues and providing resolution guidance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary contact support to dealers, sales and customers to resolve title issues by phone and email.
• Ensure lien on vehicles is enforced within service standards.
• Identify missing titles or errors and resolve them.
• Communicate with dealers, DMV and agencies to obtain required documents.
• Document actions and track title/lien documents.
• Stay compliant with policies, processes and legal guidelines.
