Job summary

Credit Acceptance is hiring a Title Specialist to serve as the primary contact for dealers, sales teams, and customers to resolve title issues by phone and email. You will enforce lien processes and ensure documentation is complete while coordinating with DMVs and agencies.

The role requires high school completion with experience in customer service and title-related processes. Training is virtual, with remote work from home and periodic office travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with strong customer service experience.
• Preferred associates degree in business or related field.
• Experience resolving title or lien issues and assisting customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer facing, primary point of contact support for dealers, sales, and customers to resolve title issues via telephone and email.
• Accurately complete requests and enforce liens on vehicles within service standards.
• Communicate with dealers, DMV and other agencies to obtain needed documents and information.
• Document tracking information for title or lien requests and ensure accuracy.
• Spend substantial time on the phones with inbound/outbound calls and stay compliant with policies.
