Job summary

Credit Acceptance Corporation is seeking a Bilingual Title Specialist to work from home with occasional travel to an office location. The role focuses on resolving title and lien issues by phone and email, enforcing liens, and ensuring documentation is accurate while complying with policies.

You will interact with dealers, internal staff, and external agencies, drafting timely responses and providing title expertise to internal customers. Fluency in Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and able to communicate with customers and dealers clearly.
• Experience as a subject matter expert in a specialized area and as a primary point of contact for customers.
• Ability to resolve issues and provide timely, accurate responses with strong attention to detail.
• Experience making logical decisions and solving complex process issues with provided information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and reliable high-speed internet (min 15 Mbps).
• Experience in a call center environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer facing, primary contact support for dealers, sales, and customers to resolve title issues via phone and email.
• Accurately complete business requests and enforce Credit Acceptance’s lien on vehicles within service standards.
• Monitor for legal/risk concerns and elevate when dealer processes conflict with expectations.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers, Dealers, Auctions, DMVs, and agencies to obtain documents and complete title or lien requests.
• Document all actions and locations of title and lien documents accurately.
• Be solution-focused when collaborating with others and adhere to attendance policies.
