Job summary

Credit Acceptance is seeking a bilingual Title Specialist to work remotely in the United States. You will serve as the primary contact for dealers, sales, and customers to resolve title and lien issues primarily by phone and email.

You will enforce lien requirements, document actions, and monitor compliance while collaborating with internal teams. A high school diploma and fluent Spanish are required, with experience as a subject-matter expert and client-focused service.

Qualifications

• Fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
• Experience as a subject-matter expert in a specialized area.
• Experience as primary point of contact for customers to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for dealers, sales, and customers to resolve title issues via phone and email.
• Enforce lien on vehicles and complete business requests per service standards.
• Identify when dealer processes conflict with company expectations and escalate.
• Document actions and track title and lien documents accurately.
