Uwill is seeking a Remote Bilingual Therapist to provide teletherapy to students aged 5 and up at partner institutions. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling and sessions via video, phone, or chat.

The candidate must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, an independent license (LPC/LMHC, LCSW/LICSW, LMFT or PsyD), and at least 2 years of telehealth therapy experience. HIPAA-compliant, secure sessions required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2 years of experience providing therapy in a telehealth setting using a variety of modalities.
• An independent license to practice mental health therapy without supervision. (Ex. LPC/LMHC, LCSW/LICSW, LMFT or PsyD)
• Ability to provide sessions via Zoom on a computer or laptop running modern OS with camera, microphone, and sufficient internet speed.
• Open to supporting students 5 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Manage an on-going caseload of clients from initial session to graduation from care.
• Conduct video, telephone, or chat sessions with students.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and SMART goals tailored to student needs.
• Practice culturally competent care to meet the needs of a diverse client base.
• Adhere to the risk assessment and management process of Uwill, including assessing for risk during the initial session with a student and as needed thereafter.
• Complete session notes within time frame expectations.
• Respond to student messages in a timely manner.
