Job summary

Uwill is seeking a licensed NH therapist to provide teletherapy to students at our partner institutions. This is a part-time, 1099 contractor role offered remotely in the United States with flexible scheduling.

You will manage a growing caseload, conduct sessions by video, phone, or chat, and set SMART goals while adhering to HIPAA and state licensing requirements. Training and multi-state stipend support are provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2 years of experience providing therapy in a telehealth setting.
• Independent license to practise mental health therapy in New Hampshire (e.g., LCMHC, LICSW, LMFT or PsyD).
• Professional liability insurance.
• HIPAA compliant and private location for sessions.
• Ability to provide sessions via Zoom on a computer or laptop with camera and microphone.

Responsibilities

• Manage an on-going caseload from initial session to graduation from care.
• Conduct video, telephone, or chat sessions with students.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and SMART goals tailored to student needs.
• Practice culturally competent care for diverse student populations.
• Assess risk per Uwill protocols and refer to Clinical Support as needed.
• Complete session notes within time frame expectations.
• Respond to student messages promptly.
