Uwill is seeking a bilingual therapist to offer teletherapy sessions to students needing support in Hindi and/or Urdu. This role allows for flexible scheduling as a 1099 independent contractor, ensuring immediate access to mental health care.

The candidate should have a Master's degree in a relevant field and substantial telehealth experience. Uwill values diversity and promotes an inclusive work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree required in a mental health field.
• 2+ years of telehealth therapy experience needed.
• Independent clinical license required (e.g., LPC, LCSW).
• Must be comfortable providing therapy in Hindi and/or Urdu.

• Manage clinical caseload from initial session through graduation.
• Conduct therapy sessions via video, telephone, or chat.
• Document all sessions and clinical interactions promptly.
• Respond to student messages in a timely manner.
