Uwill seeks a Virginia-based bilingual licensed mental health therapist (ages 5+) to provide teletherapy to students at partner institutions. This 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling and remote work from HIPAA-compliant locations in the US via video, phone, or chat.

You will manage caseloads, conduct sessions, and apply evidence‑based practices with SMART goals. Uwill provides CEU training and a multistate license stipend to support growth.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2 years of telehealth therapy experience using multiple modalities.
• Independent license to practice mental health therapy without supervision (LPC/LMHC, LCSW/LICSW, LMFT or PsyD).
• Licensed to practice in Virginia and able to work with students ages 5+.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct teletherapy sessions by video, phone, or chat with students.
• Manage an ongoing caseload from initial session to graduation from care.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and SMART goals tailored to student needs.
• Provide culturally competent care for diverse student populations.
• Assess risk and refer to clinical support as needed.
• Complete session notes within required timeframes and respond to messages promptly.
