Job summary

Uwill is seeking a Korean-speaking licensed therapist to provide teletherapy to college students. This part-time 1099 remote role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to support students across partner institutions via video, phone, or chat.

The position requires a Master’s in a mental-health field, state licensure, 2+ years of telehealth experience, and comfort delivering care in Korean. You’ll work from a private HIPAA-compliant space and use Zoom to connect with students.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental-health field.
• At least 2 years of telehealth therapy experience.
• Independent clinical license (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD).
• Comfortable providing therapy in Korean.
• Professional liability insurance.
• HIPAA-compliant private workspace for telehealth.
• Ability to use Zoom on Mac OS 10.13+ or Windows 10+ with camera and internet.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active clinical caseload from initial session through graduation.
• Conduct therapy sessions via video, telephone, or chat in tele-health.
• Apply evidence-based practices and tailored SMART goals.
• Practice culturally competent care for diverse student base.
• Assess risk per Uwill protocols and escalate when needed.
• Document sessions within expected time frames.
• Respond to student messages in a timely manner.
