Uwill is seeking a bilingual licensed therapist to support students across partner institutions through teletherapy sessions by video, phone, or chat. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with flexible part-time scheduling from a remote location in the United States.

Responsibilities include managing an active clinical caseload, applying evidence-based practices, ensuring HIPAA-compliant care, and communicating with students in English and another language.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in a mental-health field.
• At least 2 years of telehealth therapy experience.
• Independent clinical license allowing unsupervised practice (e.g., LPC/LMHC/LCSW/LICSW/LMFT/PsyD).
• Ability to provide therapy in English and at least one additional language.
• Current professional liability insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an active clinical caseload from initial session through graduation from care.
• Conduct therapy sessions via video, telephone, or chat, providing real-time support in a tele-health environment.
• Apply evidence-based therapeutic practices and tailored SMART goals tailored to individual needs.
• Practice culturally competent care to meet the needs of a diverse client base.
• Adhere to the risk assessment and management process of Uwill, including assessing for risk as needed.
• Document all sessions and clinical interactions within time frame expectations.
• Respond to student messages in a timely manner.
