Uwill is hiring a Spanish-speaking licensed therapist to support college students remotely across multiple states. This 1099 contractor role offers flexible scheduling and teletherapy via video, phone, or chat.

Applicants must have a Master’s degree in a mental-health field and an independent license for unsupervised practice, with at least 2 years of telehealth experience in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant mental-health field is required.
• Active independent license allowing unsupervised practice is required.
• Ability to provide therapy in English and Spanish via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active clinical caseload from start to graduation.
• Provide teletherapy sessions via video, phone, or chat.
• Document sessions in a timely, compliant manner.
• Respond promptly to student messages and maintain privacy.
