Job summary

Uwill is hiring licensed mental health therapists to provide teletherapy to students at partner institutions. This 1099 independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling and remote work from any private, HIPAA-compliant location in the US.

You will handle ongoing cases, document sessions, and collaborate with the Clinical Support team. Ideal candidates have a Master’s degree, an independent state license, and 2+ years of telehealth experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of telehealth therapy experience.
• Independent license to practice mental health therapy.
• Open to serving students 5+ years old.
• Professional liability insurance.
• HIPAA compliant practice with a secure space.
• Ability to conduct sessions via Zoom on Windows/macOS.

Responsibilities

• Manage an ongoing caseload from initial session to graduation.
• Conduct video, telephone, or chat sessions with students.
• Use evidence-based practices and SMART goals.
• Provide culturally competent care to diverse student populations.
• Assess risk and refer to Clinical Support as needed.
• Complete session notes within required timelines.
• Respond to student messages promptly.
