Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice delivering compassionate mental healthcare to older adults. Join as a licensed bilingual therapist providing therapy in English and Spanish from home, with no marketing and a matched caseload.

We offer part‑time or full‑time, fee‑for‑service roles starting at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2). Expect dedicated clinical support, ongoing supervision, and growth opportunities within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
• Licensed in Florida
• Fluent in English and Spanish — able to conduct sessions in Spanish
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting
• Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish, meeting patients in their language and cultural context
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations & clinical leadership meetings
