Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed clinical psychologists to provide Spanish-speaking psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth. The role supports a fully remote schedule with flexible hours and caseload management, backed by dedicated care navigators and admin support.

Patients are matched to your approach; you’ll benefit from a team, clinical leads, and AI-assisted documentation. W2 benefits available for larger caseloads, with competitive per-session pay for 1099 clinicians.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in California.
• Fluent in English and Spanish to conduct full therapy sessions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet patient needs.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team and manage documentation.
• Participate in regular paid case consultations.
