Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed clinical psychologists to provide Spanish-language psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth. The role offers flexible, remote scheduling with both part-time and full-time opportunities on a fee-for-service basis and options for W2 or 1099 engagement.

Clinicians will be supported by clinical leads and admin staff, with a focus on culturally competent care and administrative ease to grow a full patient caseload over time.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, independent psychology license in Texas.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required to conduct therapy sessions.
• Experience delivering psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Maintain documentation with EMR and AI tools; participate in paid case consultations.
