Job summary

MCI is hiring for a remote, work-at-home Customer Service/Support role in the United States. The position supports customer service, technical support, and sales interactions, resolving issues and driving a best-in-class experience for hundreds of customers weekly.

The successful candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, possess strong communication and multitasking skills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced, distributed call center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and typing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic Windows knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound contacts in a courteous, timely, and professional manner
• Ensure first call resolution through problem solving and effective call handling
• Research systems to find missing information; coordinate with other departments to resolve issues
• Accurately document and process customer claims in appropriate systems
• Utilize knowledge base and training to answer questions while following scripts, policies, and procedures
• Comply with confidentiality and personal information requirements
• Escalate customer issues to appropriate staff for resolution
• Attend meetings and training to stay updated on program knowledge, systems, and processes
• Adhere to attendance and work schedule requirements
