Job summary

MCI is seeking bilingual agents to provide customer support for data breach communications in a remote, on-demand capacity. This temporary, remote role activates as needed and offers shifts across a broad window, primarily during business hours.

You will handle inquiries, guide customers to solutions, and preserve a calm, helpful experience during sensitive events. Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication, problem solving, and account-management skills.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.
• The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems.
• Highly reliable with regular attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage.
