Job summary

MCI is seeking bilingual English/Spanish agents to provide remote customer support for data breach communications. This temporary position is activated as needed and operates on a remote basis with shifts including weekdays and weekends.

You will assist customers with inquiries, use account management systems, and aim to create a positive experience during sensitive events. Candidates will be contacted by email or text as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required for customer support within data breach events.
• High school diploma or equivalent or higher is expected.
• Solid written and oral communication skills and reliability.
• Ability to type 20+ words per minute with accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with service inquiries and provide clear solutions.
• Learn common requests and solutions to improve the customer experience.
• Utilize service techniques and systems; escalate dissatisfaction appropriately.
• Maintain a positive, engaged, and collaborative demeanor with the team.
• Support shifts during 8:00 AM–10:00 PM weekdays and 10:00 AM–7:00 PM weekends.
