Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a remote Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth by handling inbound and outbound calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service to clients nationwide.

You will manage inquiries, identify new opportunities, and build lasting relationships with customers while collaborating with internal teams to ensure top-quality service and outcomes. This remote role offers commission-based incentives and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant sales or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask with urgency.
• Adaptable and resourceful in fast-paced environments.
• Courteous, confident and collaborative interpersonal skills.
• Awareness of industry trends and competitors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information, address inquiries and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Escalate issues and maintain detailed records in CRM and systems.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
