Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth for our nationwide Care Center Sales team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to clients across the country.

This fully remote position offers uncapped commissions, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company match. Equipment is provided to support a productive home office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent requirement.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of sales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers using a consultative sales approach to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product and service information and resolve client inquiries professionally.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold the company reputation.
