Smart Start, Inc. seeks a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue by managing inbound/outbound calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service nationwide. You will handle inquiries, build client relationships, and work with teams to ensure seamless delivery.

This role emphasizes bilingual skills, a consultative approach, and accuracy in CRM documentation. The position is fully remote with equipment provided; offers uncapped commissions, incentives, and benefits including

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; additional compensation eligibility.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in sales, customer service or call center.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; CRM and sales tools familiarity.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.
• Detail-oriented, multtasker with urgency; adaptable in fast-paced settings.
• Courteous, confident, collaborative, and audience-aware; industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound/outbound callers using a consultative approach to sell Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries professionally.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via networking and referrals.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Maintain CRM records and manage communications; support cross‑team collaboration.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
