Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue nationwide from a fully remote position. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, sell Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service.

You will build client relationships, identify new opportunities, and provide tailored solutions while upholding our strong industry reputation. The role offers uncapped commissions, performance incentives, health coverage, a 401(k) match, and other fringe benefits, with a focus on growth

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of sales or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products and services.
• Provide product information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns professionally.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Document interactions in CRM and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations for client needs.
