Smart Start, Inc. is hiring a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote position aimed at expanding our nationwide bilingual (English/Spanish) customer base. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, sell Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service across internal and external clients.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, quota attainment, and collaboration with teams to uphold our industry reputation. Competitive commissions and incentives accompany an hourly base.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required; compensation for the skill will be considered.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a related bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM/sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Sell Interlock products and services via inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries promptly.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare compelling sales presentations.
