Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth by managing inbound and outbound calls and selling Interlock products nationwide.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position offers an hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions and incentives, with full-time hours and a remote work setup.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with a consultative sales approach.
• Provide product information and resolve client inquiries.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via referrals and cold calling.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
