Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of sales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote Interlock products.
• Provide product information and resolve client inquiries.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Document interactions in CRM and coordinate with internal teams.
