Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth remotely across the United States.

You will manage inbound/outbound calls, sell Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients while upholding the company’s strong reputation in the alcohol-monitoring industry. The role offers uncapped commissions, an expansive health plan (medical, dental, vision), and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 6+ months in sales, customer service, or call center.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries professionally.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and conduct follow-ups.
