Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth by handling inbound and outbound calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service to clients nationwide. This fully remote role offers uncapped commissions, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will manage customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and uphold our strong reputation in the alcohol-monitoring industry through professional, empathetic interactions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant sales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to sell Interlock products and services.
• Provide product information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain client relationships to foster repeat business.
• Maintain CRM records and collaborate with internal/external teams.
