You will handle inbound and outbound calls, sell Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients while maintaining our strong reputation in the alcohol-monitoring industry. Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; additional compensation applies.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer service or call center.
• Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries promptly.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Document interactions in CRM and coordinate with internal teams.
