Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; additional compensation applies.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiar with CRM systems.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls and inquiries with a consultative approach.
• Sell Interlock products, programs, and services with accuracy.
• Identify new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to clients.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and other systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality.
