Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth by handling inbound and outbound calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service nationwide.

You will manage client needs with tailored solutions while upholding our strong reputation in the alcohol-monitoring industry. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, at least 6 months in sales or call center work, and the ability to work remotely with a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required; additional compensation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
