Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth and expand our national bilingual customer base. The role handles inbound/outbound calls, sells Interlock products, and delivers exceptional service to clients while upholding the company’s strong reputation in the alcohol-monitoring industry.

The ideal candidate will manage data across platforms, prepare persuasive presentations, and stay informed on industry trends. Remote work is provided with equipment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required and qualifies for additional compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product and service information and address inquiries promptly.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold reputation.
