Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is hiring a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote, nationwide role. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, sell Interlock products, and deliver outstanding service to clients while working from a home office.

Qualified candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, with at least a high school diploma and 6 months in sales or customer service. The position offers hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and incentives, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center environments.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services via inbound/outbound calls.
• Provide accurate product and service information and resolve client inquiries.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and manage CRM records.
