Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role in the Care Center Sales department.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, sell Interlock products, and provide exceptional service nationwide, leveraging bilingual English/Spanish communication. Ideal candidates have 6+ months in sales or customer service, strong CRM and MS Office skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required; higher compensation eligible.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of sales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers using a consultative sales approach to promote Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product and service information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Escalate and route issues while maintaining detailed CRM records.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
