Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role to drive revenue growth across Care Center Sales.

You will manage inbound and outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to bilingual English/Spanish clients nationwide. This full-time, non-exempt position offers hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and incentives, comprehensive benefits, and a 40‑hour work week.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required, and qualifies for additional compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers using a consultative sales approach to promote and sell Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product and service information, address inquiries, and resolve client concerns.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to resolve issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
