Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote position with the Care Center Sales team. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to a nationwide customer base.

The role offers hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and incentives, with a comprehensive health plan and a 401(k) match. 40-hour work week, flexible scheduling, and ongoing professional growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months sales or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to promote Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries with professionalism.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Capture data and maintain CRM records, tracking opportunities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain reputation.
