Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth across the Care Center Sales channel. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, promote Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to national clients in a fully remote role.

This position offers uncapped commissions and incentives, a comprehensive health plan, a 401(k) with company match, and flexible hours within a Monday–Sunday schedule. Strong bilingual English/Spanish communication is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required; additional compensation.
• Minimum 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center roles.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication; professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build lasting client relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Maintain detailed records in CRM and other systems and prepare sales presentations.
