Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue growth by managing inbound and outbound Care Center calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service nationwide. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers to promote and sell Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Conduct follow-up calls and manage correspondence to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
