Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Sales Program Advisor for a fully remote role. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, sell Interlock products, and deliver exceptional service to clients nationwide.

The position offers hourly pay plus uncapped commissions and incentives, a comprehensive health plan, a 401(k) with company match, and additional fringe benefits. Bilingual English/Spanish is required; high school diploma is minimum; 6 months sales or CSR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required; additional compensation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 months sales, customer service, or call center experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Familiar with CRM software.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking.
• Adaptive in fast-paced environments.
• Courteous, collaborative interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell Interlock products and services.
• Provide accurate product information; resolve client inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify new sales opportunities via networking and referrals.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Follow up and manage correspondence; maintain CRM records.
• Deliver tailored sales presentations to clients.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards.
• Provide general Care Center support as needed.
