Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive revenue by managing inbound and outbound calls, selling Interlock products, and delivering exceptional service nationwide.

This role is fully remote, with equipment provided, and offers an uncapped commission structure and incentives. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), have at least 6 months in sales or customer service, and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of sales, customer service or call center experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Promote and sell Interlock products, programs and services.
• Provide accurate product information and resolve inquiries.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business.
• Manage CRM records and follow up with clients.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.
