Job summary

Foundever, assisting customers through a Remote Canada-based Roadside program, seeks a full-time Bilingual Customer Assistance Representative to dispatch services, support customers in stressful situations, and ensure safety with empathetic communication.

The role requires English/French fluency, a high school diploma, and 3+ months in customer service. Training is provided; equipment is supplied. Remote work with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Canada
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ months of customer service experience
• Flexible shifts including nights, evenings and weekends
• Background check required

Responsibilities

• Dispatch roadside services to members in need
• Assist customers in urgent, stressful situations with empathy
• Use mapping software to pinpoint location and coordinate providers
