Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls and initiate outbound calls to customers, roadside assistance service providers and other personnel to restore the customer’s move.
• Follow established methods and procedures while handling files with calm urgency and professionalism.
• Meet quality-related metrics and goals and ensure customer safety.
