Holman is seeking a remote Bilingual Automotive Service Advisor for our TRC Call Center. The role requires 5+ years hands-on automotive or truck repair and bilingual English/French communication. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a contact center setting, a valid 310S/310T license, and post-secondary education as an asset.

Qualifikationen

• Bilingual in English and French required.
• Valid mechanic’s license 310S or 310T.
• 5+ years hands-on automotive or truck repair experience.
• 5+ years in a contact center setting is an asset.
• Post-Secondary education (college diploma, certificate, apprenticeship) is an asset.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is an asset.
• ASE certification or willingness to obtain within ARI timeline.

• Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical support grounded in real-world automotive mechanical experience.
• Assess necessity, scope, and accuracy of recommended repairs based on industry standards and hands-on experience.
• Ensure repair and maintenance work is performed appropriately and priced fairly.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through technical review and, when appropriate, negotiate repairs; document savings realized.
• Ensure preventative maintenance schedules are technically sound and followed.
• Maintain individual performance metrics at or above established goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide technical support grounded in real-world mechanical experience.
• Contribute positively to team morale and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
• Adapt to operational changes while remaining calm, professional, and solution-focused.
