Job summary

Phoenix is seeking a Bilingual Customer Experience Coordinator (Remote) to support patients across the Canadian telehealth platform. You will answer queries in English and French, help with onboarding, and guide users through accounts, orders, and treatment plans.

You’ll triage to healthcare teams when needed and contribute to a best-in-class patient experience. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, regulated telehealth

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
• Availability for occasional remote weekend hours.
• Desire to help patients solve complex problems.
• Ability to think quickly, work autonomously and de-escalate patients.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing learning.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with quick problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patients’ inquiries via email, chat and phone.
• Communicate clearly with patients in both French and English.
• Assist with patient onboarding, product education, and troubleshooting on the platform.
• Troubleshoot account management, shipments, and billing issues.
• Escalate technical issues to development and pharmacy teams as needed.
• Provide best-in-class customer service and relay feedback to improve the patient experience.
• Find creative, professional ways to deliver excellent patient support.
