AAA Northeast in Providence, RI is seeking a customer service and sales professional to manage inbound calls, promote memberships, upgrades, and services. The role supports work-from-home opportunities within the AAA Northeast footprint requiring reliable high-speed internet and adherence to scheduling that includes at least one weekend shift.

You will handle member inquiries, provide Five Diamond Service, and collaborate with affiliate clubs. A bilingual translation assessment may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Retail sales and telemarketing experience preferred; customer service experience required.
• Bilingual translation assessment may be required for bilingual roles.

Responsabilités

• Responds to incoming calls from prospective and current Club members; sells memberships, upgrades, and additional products and services.
• Places outgoing calls to prospective members to explain Club services and products; uses Five Diamond Service to close sales.
• Places outgoing calls to lapsed and former members to secure renewals.
• Processes transactions using computerized system for information gathering.
• Handles incoming emergency road service calls as required; delivers Five Diamond Service during all member interactions.
• Develops knowledge of AAA Northeast products and services.
