TPIS is seeking a Bilingual Provider Services Representative to assist healthcare providers through inbound calls and live chat. The role focuses on benefits, eligibility, claims, billing, payments, and treatment authorizations, with professional English and Spanish communication.

You will navigate multiple computer systems, resolve provider inquiries on first contact when possible, document all actions accurately, and maintain high service quality while meeting productivity expectations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience or related office experience.
• Professional proficiency in conversational English and Spanish.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Windows PC applications.
• Ability to navigate multiple complex computer systems.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from healthcare providers.
• Identify providers' needs and assist with benefits, eligibility, claims, billing, and authorizations.
• Provide customer service via live chat and update on eligibility and claim status.
• Review state-specific requirements for claims and benefits processing.
• Navigate multiple computer systems to research provider inquiries.
• Aim to resolve questions during the first interaction when possible.
• Document inquiries, actions, and outcomes accurately.
• Help identify recurring provider concerns and trends.
