Job summary

TPIS in Aguas Buenas, PR is seeking a Bilingual Provider Services Representative to assist healthcare providers through inbound calls and live chat. The role focuses on eligibility, benefits, claims, billing, and explanations of benefits with professional English and Spanish communication.

You will navigate multiple systems, deliver accurate information, and support providers and their staff in a fast-paced environment. On-site, full-time with a 16-week training period and shifts from 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience resolving concerns or in an office environment using the telephone and computer.
• Healthcare experience is required.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Windows PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from healthcare providers (offices and clinics).
• Identify provider needs and assist with benefits, eligibility, claims, billing, and authorizations.
• Provide customer service through live chat and update on eligibility and claim status.
• Review state-specific requirements related to claims and benefits processing.
• Navigate multiple computer systems to research inquiries.
• Prioritize resolving questions during the first interaction where possible.
• Deliver clear, accurate information to providers and staff.
• Build positive relationships with courteous, solutions-focused service.
• Document inquiries, actions, and outcomes in company systems.
• Identify recurring provider concerns and report trends.
• Meet service quality, productivity, accuracy, and attendance targets.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
