Job summary

TP is hiring a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Rep to support clients remotely. You will handle inbound/outbound communications using web tools to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive experience. This role is remote and requires proven Spanish/English bilingual skills, customer service experience, and comfortable use of a desktop computer.

Employment is restricted to eligible U.S. states; strong communication and de-escalation abilities are essential.

Qualifications

Bilingual Spanish/English required.
6 months customer service experience minimum.
Over 18 years of age.
Ability to type 25 wpm.
High School Diploma or GED.
Comfort with desktop computer systems.
6 months Call Center experience, preferred.
Ability to use Windows operating systems.
6 months sales experience minimum.
Able to work independently.
Ability to stay composed and objective.
Superior negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/social media to resolve questions or concerns.
Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
Provide feedback on call issues.
Meet sales objectives as defined.
