Job summary

TP is seeking a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Rep to handle inbound/outbound inquiries in a remote setting. The role requires Spanish/English fluency, strong communication, and 6 months of customer service experience.

You will connect with customers via phone, email, chat, or social platforms, resolve issues, and help maintain a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment. Remote position open to residents of listed states; 18+ and HS diploma required, with typing at least 25

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish/English required.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
• Must be 18+ years old and HS graduate or GED.
• Ability to type 25 wpm and work with Windows OS.
• Call center experience and sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field customer inquiries via phone/email/chat/social media.
• Resolve questions; de-escalate issues and provide resolution.
• Escalate when necessary and appropriate.
• Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
• Track all call related information for auditing and reporting.
